Odessa International Airport (ODS): Approximate driving time to the Chernoye More is 30 minutes and distance is 20 kilometres (12.5 miles).
Getting there: It is preferable to take a taxi from the airport as the signs can be confusing; the approximate fare is €20. Bus 129 runs to the train station, which is 500 metres from the hotel.
Getting around: Odessa has a reliable network of trams, buses, and metros, and is also easily navigated on foot. The Odessa card can be purchased all over the city and allows for travel on all forms of public transport. The card costs €29 for one day, €42 for two days, and €53 for three days. All prices are subject to change.
Driving directions: From the airport, take Ovidiopolskaya Road, then Ivanovsky Bridge. Take Melnitskaya Street up to Stepovaya Street. At the crossroads, turn left, go one block, then turn right into B. Hmelnitskogo Street. Continue on this road, crossing Zaporozhskaya, Myasoedovskaya, and Vatutina streets until the crossroads. Turn left, pass the tram lines, then turn right into Malaya Arnautskaya Street. Go straight on, then turn into Rishelievskaya Street and the hotel is in front of you.
